Good race for Pål!

Pål Varhaug finished 14th in the first GP2 race at Imola, after a fantastic start and a very good pit stop – and this in his second ever GP2 race!
The 20 year old Norwegian startet the race from 19th position, but had a very good start and some impressive laptimes during the race. The pit stop was also good and Pål finished ahead of a lot of good drivers with more experience from GP2 than him.
-This was just my second GP2 race so I’m very satisfied. I’m not satisfied with my qualifying yesterday, so I have to work on that, but my laptimes in the race are very good, so this is promising, Pål Varhaug says.
