Released posthumously, Alboh’s work seamlessly connected the decades of prominence of Nike’s famed sneaker. Dropping as part of Nike’s 2020 BHM collection, the Air Force 1 Low 'Black History Month' draws inspiration from early '90s street style and traditional African textiles. The upper is constructed from a blend of black leather and mesh, with yellow and blue suede overlays and a red leather Swoosh with exaggerated frayed stitching. Additional unique details include a distressed toe box, revised lacing system and embossed BHM branding at the tongue.

The Louis Vuitton x Air Force 1 Low ‘Multi-Color Patchwork’ debuted as part of a 40th anniversary collection during the fashion house’s Spring/Summer 2022 runway show in Paris.
